Hi! Right now I really love the StairMaster for cardio, and I've been playing with the free weights in the gym for strength training. I'm a big fan of the old-school stuff (squats, push-ups, lunges, crunches), but I think if I get bored, I will probably switch up my cardio to the elliptical or something and change my resistance training to the big weight machines.
What about you? How is your eating going? I think for me, eating right is harder than the exercising part! 2017 days ago
