Thanks for your comment on my blog. LOL! I'm not much of a group exercise class person and the only ones I really do are spinning and rowing because all you have to do is sit and pedal or row. Ha ha! They're hard for sure, but at least there's no crazy dance moves or sequences that I'll stand there scratching my head saying "huh?" during the entire class. :-) 54 days ago
Have you tried body weight exercises? Works multiple parts of the body at once & you can do it anywhere. I enjoy it more than traditional strength training. I like that I can go for a walk and then pause, do a set of body weight exercises, walk some more. ;O) 55 days ago
Just wanted to stop by and say Happy New Year! Hoping you're year has taken off to a great start.
I'm working on my temple right now and losing a pound here and there. Inspired by your treadmill workout posts. I need to get back to using my elliptical. The most workout I've been getting from it in 2015 is dusting it off now and then. Lol! I do intend to change that this year though.
