Hi and thank you so much for you good wishes for my father's health. Although he isn't out of the woods, he is adapting a bit better to the way the strokes have reduced his functionality, and for that, we are grateful.

I have completed the Beck 42 Days--they are difficult!--and continue to apply the principles I've learned, but I'm not ready to begin blogging again--my schedule is still too up in the air with doctor visits and hospital test days.

I hope you are doing well yourself and that you continue to make the progress you're looking for.
