Just thought I'd swing by your page and say and to the Thornton Sparkers. We currently are having two challenges, the first is to huddle on the Huddle Wall (on the team page) twice a week. You just leave a little comment or use one of the prepared ones. The second is to try to do something everyday that another person will be thankful for. Finally, when you do cardio, add it to the team goal at the bottom of the team page. You can find out more information from the thread posted on our team page. It's great to have you on the team. to SparkPeople. This site is full of support and motivation for you. Check out all the different teams to join and meet new people. There are teams to fit everyone here, you just have to look around to find the right one for you. Being an active member here is key, I believe to become successful here.
