My Goals:
To take one day at a time and to do my best in all that I take on. To not quit when things get overwhelming and challenge myself to do more. To stay focused on my program for weight loss and better health.
My Program:
I don't go to a gym or a weight loss group. Sparkpeople is my weight loss group and it is better than any group I've joined in the past. Calories: 1200 to 1550 per day. Exercise: Walking, Fitness dvd's, Wii, Abs machine, and swimming when it is warm outside. I use my treadmill for cold weather walking.
Personal Information:
I am a married, mother of 2 children, 1 daughter and 1 son. My favorite hobbies are gardening, swimming, traveling.
