My day isn't going so hot, woke with the start of a migraine. Kind of got it under control, but can't do any sort of exercise today- movement makes it hurt.

You can do this! Just remember, if you choose to eat healthy you are teaching your kids to eat healthy, and their lives will be easier for it.

Making excuses is easy, making the necessary changes is what takes courage.

Don't beat yourself up over your slip-ups, consider them life's lessons or stepping stones on your journey. You know what to do, it's just figuring out how to do it that is hard, and as long as you learn from your mistakes, they are helping you on your journey.
