Hey hey. I'm just a fun loving guy who's always looking for something new. I thought I'd give this website a try. I love to keep my body healthy and looking good for the ladies. I hope that the habits I gain now with food and exercise will benefit me in my later years.

I've always loved running and that is the basis of my fitness plan. I lift weights twice a week to keep some muscle but overall "I do my hour a day to keep the fat away."
It has always been important for me to take care of myself. God gave me this one body and I've got to make the best of it. Exercise is easy for me because I enjoy it very much. That special feeling you get after a tough workout invigorates me. And I can't help but get a sense of pride when I catch a cute girl's eye ;-).

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Shelby, MT. A nice little town ideal for raising a family but not so much when you're young and nieve. I'm going to school down here in Utah with a major in pre-med. Me in a nut shell, I go to the beach in the summer and hit the mountain in the winter. I am a Medic with the Army National Guard so it is important for to stay strong and healthy so I can keep my men in the same condition. I am preparing to deploy to Afghanistan and pray for the best. It warms my heart to take care of people and to make them happy.

Other Information:
Well...I like long walks on the beach, bubble baths, and running my fanny off.

Hey, I noticed you are a runner and wanted to ask if you know of any audio training programs for the ipod, I see alot of training apps for the touch or iphone but I would rather use my nano as I have an armband for it and don't want to carry my touch. Any suggestions would be very appreciated. Thx!
