    That is a pretty good time! :)

    My legs get tired long before my lungs do... haha. I am trying to decrease my time a little so I can start trying to train for a 10k, but I am not sure if that will ever happen! Ha.

    I am 28 (29 next monday), I feel old, but I want this weight GONE for good. I never thought I'd like running, but I love it so much now! :)

    Your page kind of made me smile.. what I would do to run a 5k in 30 minutes, I've done 3 and my best time is 56 minutes.. sheesh... (down from 1:06 though!) Ha. It's hard and my body resists. I hope you get to that 30 minute mark... dont give up! :)
