Ok...day 1. Here we go! I was starting to think I was losing it, but you brought me back!
Lot's of water...30 minute walk(no matter what!)...and stay in my calorie range. These my goals for the day. Maybe if we take it one day at a time it'll start getting easier again. I'll let you know how I do. Let me know how you are doing. 2669 days ago
