I'm Doing It!

Well, here I am again. This is my third attempt at Spark People. The first two times I used Spark People consistently I was successfull in losing. This last time I have lost 50 pounds and so far I have kept it off. I got cocky however and figured "I don't have time" for Sparkpeople. I realize now, I don't have time not to log on each day. The key for me in my weight loss journey is to record my food each day on the nutrition tracker. I keeps me honest. Without it, I have a bit of this or that ...

This last time I have lost 50 pounds and so far I have kept it off. I got cocky however and figured "I don't have time" for Sparkpeople. I realize now, I don't have time not to log on each day. The key for me in my weight loss journey is to record my food each day on the nutrition tracker. I keeps me honest. Without it, I have a bit of this or that and before you know it I am back to my old eating habits of JUNK. Lately, while I don't think I have gained weight back (OK, maybe 5 pounds) I don't feel as well because I am not eating as healthy, You really are what you eat.

I want to be healthy and fit. So I need to eat healthy and move this body to be fit...........wish me luck.....the third times the charm they say.

Long Term Goal:

To be fit, healthy and happy!


Strategy:
1. Log onto Spark People daily to track nutrition and fitness
2. Eat a rainbow of food
3. Walk Journey every day

The Key to Success is CONSISTENCY!!

looks like we both died out at the same time. We got under 200 and then....I have been slackin so bad...my excuses came right back. The main one is NO TIME to workout. I know I could take that half hour if I just drag myself and make myself do it! and I know I always feel better afterwards.
