My Goals:
I need to find a balance. I need to learn and understand how to keep my weight off with out being so extreme.

My Program:
Working on adding in exercises other than running to shake things up. I run 4-5 days a week and strength train 2-3. I plan on taking a few classes at the gym and trying p90x to add variety.

I am having a BLAST in my Pilates class and my Strength training class...I went on a 5 mile run today and actually had a GREAT run...not time-wise, just enjoying the run for what it is!
