I need to find a balance. I need to learn and understand how to keep my weight off with out being so extreme.
Working on adding in exercises other than running to shake things up. I run 4-5 days a week and strength train 2-3. I plan on taking a few classes at the gym and trying p90x to add variety.
I am looking forward to being your ghostie while you run the HTC relay. Mike told me you were a heck of a FAST runner... :) Just think of me as the Ghost running behind you & don't let me catch you... LOL
