Jump Start My World
I used to be active while in school and since entering the working world I have neglected much physical activity and am looking to end that streak with an active lifestyle. One that keeps me engaged and going. I am wanting to play sports again and pump up my energy levels.

My goals: Reach 165 lbs: Get new workout headphones Reach 160 lbs: New ipod nano Reach 155 lbs: Vacation to a beach! (completed 5/9/2010!) Run 5k without stopping (outside): Get first pair of running shoes (need to find the time still) Run 10k without stopping (outside): Get New Running outfit End Goals: -Get to a 30 inch waist -Weigh only 155 lbs -Workout 4-5 times a week -Eat healthier and decrease my cholesterol
My Program:
I monitor what I eat via the Nutrition Tracker. Staying between my calorie range. I do a quick wake-up workout every morning. I do cardio 3 times a week for 30 minutes each I do Strength Training for 3 days a week
