It's simple; we, uh, kill the fat, man.

Since high school I have steadily put on weight. Now I am at a point where it just hurts. I want to be happy with myself again and get back to a manageable weight and much better health.

My Goals:
My overall goal is to just get back to healthy living. I know I need to lose the weight and exercise more. The BMI says I need to lose about 100 pounds to get to my ideal weight, but I will be happy, no ecstatic, to lose 75-80. Any support is always welcome, and I hope everyone has great success with their goals.

My Program:
Currently I am counting the calories and trying to get in at least 30 minutes of cardio per day and 3 lifting days per week. Getting the weight (and inches) off is the most important thing to me right now, but I want to make sure I do it right.

Personal Information:
Currently in Cheyenne, WY, but moving to Laramie, WY in June of '12. I love the outdoors but have not done nearly the number of outdoorsy things that I have in the past due to my weight. Feel free to send a message if you need someone to help you stay on track or just need support every once in awhile.
