Hello everyone... I'm getting started with the Spark! I've bought the book and am reading it slowly so I can digest all the information. I'm pretty overwhelmed with the SparkPeople site, but am very excited about exploring it! What a wonderful site! All the tools that I need to meet my goal. Now, I just need to FOCUS!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to loos 25 - 30 lbs. I've done this in the past using WW, but find once I quit going to meetings I fall off the wagon. I really want to make this a lifestyle change.
My Program:
I will get intentional exercise, increase daily activity, track what I eat, find healthy substitutes for the junk food I USED to eat, and drink 8+ cups of water a day! There! I love the idea of streaks! I've started small, but will get there!
Personal Information:
I have a wonderful family who are very supportive of living a healthy lifestyle! Thanks family! We live in rural WV, where I am a teacher.
