I take Kroger's brand of kid's chewable vitamins every day because they don't upset my stomach. Went 3 days without meat (by meat, I mean turkey, chicken or fish). I haven't had red meat for probably 15 years or so. Was really shaky today and lacking energy so I had some fish for dinner. I think if I just take it kinda slow, I won't have any trouble being a vegetarian. Don't think dairy products agree with me all of the time and neither do soy products. I've been drinking almond milk for years. Thanks for your encouragement!
