My Goals:
To lose 120 more lbs, be healthy and complete a triathlon (not necessarily in that order)

My Program:
Stength training at the gym 2-3 days a week, swimming 2-3 days a week, recumbent bike or eliptical 2-3 days a week.

Personal Information:
My weight has yo-yo'd since college. I'm ready to lose and have committed to a workout schedule. Tracking nutition and now trying to pull it all together!

Other Information:
Currently getting myself more in shape, so that I can train for a triathlon. My goal is to lose 10 lbs a month for 4 months, so I can then get on a serious training schedule for my first triathlon at the end of August.
