Make it happen!
My body is starving for a change. It's time to give in to the need and feed the beast! I've joined the specialized SparkCoach program in order to get back on track. I'm hoping to shake up my daily routines, find more balance and motivation to get fit. Now that baby-making has been put on the back burner for a year (so sad!) I've got a timeline to get serious and make this happen! =================================/. March 2012 - I'm two weeks post-partum and am ready ...
My body is starving for a change. It's time to give in to the need and feed the beast! I've joined the specialized SparkCoach program in order to get back on track. I'm hoping to shake up my daily routines, find more balance and motivation to get fit. Now that baby-making has been put on the back burner for a year (so sad!) I've got a timeline to get serious and make this happen! =================================/. March 2012 - I'm two weeks post-partum and am ready to get my body back before getting pregnant again this fall. (Yes, I must be crazy!) Looking forward to getting back to it and making great things happen! Woohoo! ==================================/. Clean slate. In January 2009 I joined SparkPeople with the goals of eating healthier, exercising more and being more aware of my body and striving for a healthier lifestyle. I gained a lot of knowledge and support and lost 15 pounds! Since then I've gotten comfortable, backed off the working out, stopped tracking food and am right back where I started. This time, I've got the knowledge. This time, I know the support is there, and this time I've got a new goal. I was just married on 11/6/10 and we'd like to start trying for a new baby this spring! I really want to be in the best shape possible before pregnancy. So, here we are. It's a new ride. Weeeeeeeeeee!!!!
