Re-motivated
I joined Sparkpeople a few years ago, and I lost a few pounds but I also lost all my motivation somehow. I gradually stopped tracking my foods, and weighing in, and the weight came back. I'm back with SparkPeople now, and this time I want to make it work. I have a bad knee that I manage to keep re-injuring. I'm trying some exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee and hopefully prevent future injuries.
