My Goals for the upcoming challenge:
How much and how often will you exercise? 3 times a week - 45 minutes......hope to do more after I get used to it.

What diet will you follow? No specific diet.....Spark journal and diet assessment.

How will you support your team? I will long on once daily and comment on at least one other post. Am working long hours so I can't commit to more than that but hopefully will have time to do more.

For exercises that count toward Fitness Minutes, click on "Add Cardio" on the Cardio section of the Fitness Tracker. Then Browse. There are a lot of daily activities that count. emoticon
