Currently I am learning how to portion control, eat healthy and within my ranges. I am purely following SparkPeople alog with exercise. Probably all I need huh!
I currently live in PA with my hubby and 3 little ones... we are also in the process of moving across country to NV and so the stress of this move is not helping in the weight loss department!!
