I was thin most of my life. When I hit my mid 40's the battle began. I am retired now and this is the heaviest I've ever been! It's time for me to get this weight under control and increase my chances of staying healthy.

My Goals:
To be at a healthy weight again.

My Program:
My goal is to utilize the Spark program to insure I am eating healthy. I also wear a pedometer to keep keep me moving 10,000 steps a day. Soon I plan to start resistance training.
