It Is All About Me!!
I'm Trish a mom 3 kids 2 boys and 1 girl. Before I had my kids I was 115 lbs dancer and gymnast. Then I had my kids back to back and shot up to a 190 lbs where I have stayed for over 9 years now. I have always been focused on my kids and family, and trying the best mother and wife I could be. Now my kids are older and out doing there thin with school, friends and interests, and it is time for me to do something on me. I plan to get down to 130-125 lbs and be as fit ...

My Goals:
My goals are to eat better, workout everyday, to get back into dancing, to try and lose 4 lbs a week, to not give up, to spend 30 minutes a day to pamper my self.

My Program:
My program is hard one, i will be doing a mix of yoga, taboo, 30 day shred, and insanity. along with go to dance class 2-3 times a week, and building myself up to run my five miles a day like I use to. The reason I'm mixing so much is I love all of these and can not pick just one. I also plan on one day cutting back on my supplements i take every day and eating real food, These are doctor order as I have a hard time remembering to eat, as long as I eat 3 meals a day my pills will be cut back so wish me luck there.

I'm a mom of 3 it is 4 if count my husband as the big kid he is. I'm 30 years old I turn 31 next month.
