Hey trish! how's it going? just checking in. i've been hot and cold with sparkpeople for a few months but i'm finally starting to get my act together. been losing weight and feeling a lot better. how's everything with you?

Congrats on losing one pound, that is awesome! I always treasured each pound lost because I never really expected to lose anything, I was just so pleasantly surprised each time I lost something. And to lose it during Push? That's pretty awesome. I didn't lose anything in that month until the very last week when I added some Turbo Jam on strength days. Wait until you get to Lean, you will love it. So intense!

you should know that i really didnt want to go to the gym today but i said to myself: trish is going, i gotta go too! emoticon

1 hour on the elliptical and some strength training. glad i made myself do it.
