Hello engineer!

I think it's high in saturated fats but its not bad for your body. I know that people thought coconut oil was unhealthy but the opposite is true! It has really helped boost my immune system plus it keeps my hair shiny.

It's pretty easy to get coconut oil here in the Phils. some relatives bring them home with them to the US but it freezes in room temp there so they have to microwave the oil before they can use it.

Yes, I am in Nigeria now. This is where I live. The Lake Tahoe picture is from a vacation. Yes, it is much hotter here than the mountains of California in the winter! Thanks for the encouragement!

You're very welcome. Are you in Nigeria now? That is very intriguing. I have friends there, not technically, but I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and we have friends all around the world. We get reports from other countries many times throughout the year.

Are you guys from California? I see the picture of you and your husband up at Lake Tahoe. I was born in San Francisco and grew up in Daly City. I have been to Tahoe a few times. It is a very beautiful spot. We are in Arizona, hot, hot. We have a good air conditioner, though. It must be a lot different living in Nigeria.

Keep up the good work! emoticon
