I'm looking to lose weight for my wedding. I just want to enjoy the wedding and not have to worry about what I look like in that white dress! Not to mention the swimsuit I'll surely be wearing on the honeymoon. Gonna be fun either way, especially with a fiancee who loves me very much, but I'm ready to be healthy, feel good, and look that way too.

Thank you sooooo much for your support on my blog! I really needed to hear what you had to say, especially being my age and agreeing that we need time "off" to ourselves. I don't think I've had one of those days to myself in a long time because my weekends are full of weddings, events, etc... that all come with being 25 I suppose. My BF said last night - you don't always have to say yes when your friends ask to hang out. Huh, imagine that?!

What are some of your favorite ways to unwind on those days off? I feel like I'll need help relaxing. Crazy, I know!
