My Goals:
137 lbs now. I want to be 115 LBS. - to lose 22 lbs. SO....

Date I will Lose 11 LBS by: September 7, 2008 (or 11 weeks from June 20, 08)

NEW MINI-GOALS:

By July 13, I will be 133 lbs!

By August 3, I will be 127 lbs!

By August 24, I will be 121 lbs!

I pledge to lose all this weight by constantly seeking the support of the ExtraPounds and Wellness.com communities by using Jorge Cruise's 8 Minutes in the Morning System and 3-Hour Diet program and to review these goals every morning to keep myself motivated.

And also: figure out how to sleep consistently while having a healthy LDR

My Program:
a)Check in on SparkPeople and my logging groups and log steps DAILY on http://walkertracker.com/Trin

1) Wake up, go walking for 10 minutes
2) Strength train 8 minutes every day, except Sunday!
3) Eat healthy every 3 hours. If stressed, write on a Post-It how I feel.

I saw Dr. Johnson on a talk show the other morning about the ALTERNATIVE DAY DIET that he has. I think it is a lot different from the 3 Hour Diet. Dr. Johnson says we can stay on a diet for ONE DAY, so the next day you eat a normal healthy amount. I've thought about reading his book. I'm reading SUGARBUSTERS now and it is very interesting, as they say not to get refined sugar, corn, white flour, etc. (Everything I love! ) emoticon I'm sure THE THREE HOUR Diet is to keep your INSULIN level constant.

Saw you are on the 3 hour forum And wanted to say hi. Are you active on this forum. I am really itching to revitilize the group. What do you think? If you have a good idea would love to chat. BTW: how is your week going? I am doing great mixed up my foods and I am already down 2 pounds for the week.

Hi there: Just read your comment on my page. Yeah, I am falling behind with my "8 Minutes" but I love the idea of it. I am still trying to get consistent and I keep re-starting my weeks. I'll get there. It's more than what I was doing at least! I'll stop in again to check out the team. I've been off my computer for a bit. Good luck with your program.

Thanks for leaving a comment on my page! I keep reading the stories on this website and it's pretty cool, isn't it? But I have to keep myself in check every time I read the transformation stories--they didn't achieve their goals overnight, so I have to keep that in mind. Very nice page! emoticon Good luck!
