Grandkids are Great!

Grandkids will keep you hoppin'. My wife and I have three so far and they're all boys; each unique in their own way and all full of never-ending energy. They're five, two, and one. Got to get in shape and stay there so I can keep up and enjoy them to the max when we visit.

My Goals:
Trying to lose 5 elbees before June 17th. Also want to increase exercise program to at least 30 min/day; six days/week.

My Program:
Decrease daily caloric intake from 2200 to 1900. Ride bike to beach and back and work out on backyard gym daily. Backyard gym consists of a Gazzell, a Total Gym and 40lb dumbbell weight set.
