Hello TrinityVegas! I saw one of your message board posts and noticed that you are doing the Atkins diet. So am I!! My whole family is actually. I've only been trying to do induction for about three weeks. The first week and a half I dropped about 8 pounds, but I'm still far from my goal weight. Since then I've been cheating...alot. Somehow I've been able to maintain this weight loss. Maybe it can be attributed to the new habits I've picked up since then--drinking atleast 8 glasses of water everyday and lots of exercise. But I really want to get back on Induction and make it to my goal weight. What are some of your favorite low carb food choices?
