Pushing harder.

As far back as high school I've exercised, watched what I'm eating and compared myself to everyone arond me. I've always been in pretty good shape...well, up until the last few years...Hitting 30 and having two babies back to back shortly after has changed my body but not my desire to get into shape. I'm more motivated than I've ever been to get in the best shape that I can. Anything I can't fix with diet and exercise is going to get fixed in the plastic surgeon's office. Before I do that ...

My Goals:
My goal is to work a fitness program back into my regular life. I tend to go all out or do nothing. I'm changing my approach to work out when I can, eat well most of the time and be happy with any progress...not just major progress.

My Program:
I've been a Vegetarian since high school. I'm adding more protein into my daily diet and I'm working out any time I can find time. Sometimes that means 9:30 at night for 30 mins but it all adds up.

Personal Information:
I'm from San Jose, CA but I've been living in Reno, NV for over 10 years now.

Now that I'm in between classes at school I have more time to participate on the sparkpeople site. I really do need to update my page since these pics are from 2010. Yikes! I'm not really looking forward to weighing myself and updating my ticker either. When I'm working full time, studying, traveling and sitting while my girls cheer 4x a week, it's difficult (but not impossible, I know) to get a workout in.
