I've struggled with weight since High School but gained more in College. I am trying to shed the excess pounds by the time I graduate with my Masters May 2009! I hope to have two things to celebrate!

To be able to run 3 miles.

My Program:
Eating more fruits and veggies as snacks, eating smaller portion meals, 6 times a day. Walking and/or using the elliptical machine at least 3 times per week.

I have a wonderful daughter-in-law that achieved her Masters and her Doctorate so I have somewhat of an idea of the work your doing and I really give you credit for putting in the time to work on your weight. If I can do what I am doing at my age--I know you can too!! Best wishes to you.. Kathleen
