It is taking a while to absorb all this information into my daily activities, but what I have learned so far is working for me. Sleep deprivation is really bad. There were times I was so exhausted that I was afraid to drive my car. I can certainly recommend this book by this sleep coach. Do check it out on Amazon. He is a sleep coach for professional athletes.
