I'm Janet, a 48 year old mom of 2 boys, well 1 teenage boy, one teenage man-boy and a full grown husband. I love the outdoors and most things that go with that. I've lived an extraordinary life so far and am looking forward to more to come. I try to live my life with passion and integrity. Most times I am successful, sometimes I fall short.....woefully short. My weight, although normal by medical standards, is sometimes an issue for me. I've lived an extraordinary life so far and am looking forward to more to come. I try to live my life with passion and integrity. Most times I am successful, sometimes I fall short.....woefully short. My weight, although normal by medical standards, is sometimes an issue for me. Being 48 has given me some "breathing room" but I still want to have the body to go with the lifestyle I live. Self acceptance is coming, albeit slowly at times. I do know that I will never go to Mexico again without a bikini, I will revel in the glory of the body that God has given to me at this moment.

My Goals:
I want to be conditioned enough to do all the things that excite me. I want to see Machu Pichu at sunrise, backpack the Trans-Alps trail system, mountain bike in Hawaii, laugh with my sister until we think our pants will never dry, and see my boys grow into the men I know they are inside.
My Program:
I am going to live on purpose and ask myself the question, "Will this Butterfingers get me closer to my goals?"
