My Goals:
My goals for 2015

1. To "lay aside the weight" of 70 lbs.

2. To become a healthier, wiser and stronger wife, mother, daughter & sister.

3. To become a published author.

4. To become more successful by helping others achieve success.

5. To "live well, laugh often & love much."


My Program:
With a diagnosis of Type II Diabetes, I'm focusing on eating "clean" and having 3 meals and 2 snacks per day. Also, drinking more water.
Fitness consists of doing walking tapes, Zumba, and strength training. My family is very supportive in my efforts and that's a blessing.

Personal Information:
I'm married to a wonderful man (22 years and counting) and we have a beautiful 20 year old daughter. This child is amazing. She has gone through more in seven years than some of us will go through in a lifetime. God has carried us through it all and He' s still making a way.
