love new years resolutions

I was on a big health kick a while ago but could find no one to share my enthusiasm with me and started to feel a bit like a freak. so this is my second attempt to getting healthy and loving life more. I am prone to depression and I know exercise helps and due to the medication I am on I have gained extra weight and am feeling to be a little more cautious about my physic. I was into yoga for a while but have yet to take an actual class. so I am looking for some good fun exercise and better ...
