Thanks for the comment on my page! Yes, I would welcome 2 lbs. a week but so far it hasn't happened. I thought it would be a snap but I'm about 4 lbs. behind making 2 lbs. a week. I'm very happy though with what I've done so far. You're doing a great job...keep it up!
To stay at my goal weight I wrote down an eating and exercise plan as I approached my goal, increasing the calories I allow myself. I periodically evaluate that plan and make changes. The first few months I continued to use my food journal, mainly because it had become a habit, but I also found it was a good tool to help me transition to maintenance. I still use it off and on if I find I'm overeating (usually on sweets). That gets me back on track.
