More Triathlons Please

I just moved to Europe. I'm still looking for a place to live. Right now, everything is temporary. I slipped back up 4 pounds and I am looking to get my weight moving back down again. I'm starting up a new routine. My goals are to get up early and exercise before work at least 4 times per week and once on the weekend and start doing some strength training--20 minutes twice a week to start. I want to sign up for a triathlon nearby and maybe some running races.
