Thanks for you message, if your ever feeling down just message me, when I feel like going off the food wagon, i just think,NO! I dont want to be this way forever, and once you start getting into the routine it will be a breeze, and I tend to listen to music that makes me feel good, my partner bought me a spin bike so Iam using that at least an hour a day and when I did that last I lost 7pounds in first two weeks yeahhh, though theres a great magazine that I got from my local health food shop, called ,'Healthy', there was pills called Grenade Thermo Detonator, Its a herbal pill that you can check out online and helps to loose weight, good luck x 1598 days ago
