I think this applies to many things in life that seem scary at first!

In 2014 I want to get back to 150 pounds and reduce my overall body fat to 24%.

I will continue with my running program. I plan to run 7 Half-Marathons and 8 other races (various lengths).

I do Strength training 3 x weekly and Run 3 x weekly.

This diet or in my case "lifestyle" will drop the fat off you. Try and do one intense workout a week. When I hit a pause in weight loss I cut back on food amounts. Don't cut fat intake too much, fat doesn't make you fat, it satisfies your cravings.
Good luck on your journey... 20 more pounds and you'll look like your hero!
I've started to notice my abs showing through my mid section.
