I think this applies to many things in life that seem scary at first!

In 2014 I want to get back to 150 pounds and reduce my overall body fat to 24%.

I will continue with my running program. I plan to run 7 Half-Marathons and 8 other races (various lengths).

My Program:
I do Strength training 3 x weekly and Run 3 x weekly.

It's been easier than I though, save for the crankiness and headache. I did slip up last night and eat a huge slice of cake, but I'm right back to it today. I eat a TON of veggies. I put 7 different veggies in my egg scramble this morning! Lots of EVOO helps to keep you full with healthy fats. What kind of stuff have you been eating?
