50 years from now when you look back at your life, don't you wanna say you had the guts to...
"50 years from now when you look back at your life, don't you wanna say you had the guts to get in the car?" - Transformers I think this applies to many things in life that seem scary at first! In 2013 I want to maintain my weight (stay below 150) and reduce my overall body fat to 24%. I will continue with my running program. I plan to run 2 Half-Marathons and eight other races (various lengths).

Medical Recommendation for my height/weight: 118-155 I want to get my fat % down to 24. So whatever weight jives with that, so be it.
My Program:
I do Strength training 3 x weekly and Run 3 x weekly. July 2012 - Started the Couch to 5K program! Finished October 26, 2012. PB: One Mile in 9:13.5 - August 2012 PB: 5K in 30:44 - April 2013 PB: 10K in 1:05:18 - Jan 2013
