Looking to the Future
59 yo female who has let life get in the way of taking care of myself. I love SparkPeople!!!
I now have 2 grandkids living with me, aged 13 and 15. The situation with their mother was totally unacceptable so I've had them now since August. I've noticed that, since they've been with me, I've been eating better because I've been trying to feed them healthier foods every night. Good things do come from bad situations some times...

Personal Information:
From the city of Bowling Green, KY, the home of the Corvette. 2nd oldest of 6 children. Both parents have passed and my brother, the youngest of the family, passed away last year from a self-inflicted gunshot. Life hasn't been easy to handle, but I can't hold grudges any longer. I'm trying to let go and Let God!!!
Other Information:
As you can see by the pics I have on here, my grandchildren are terribly important to me. They are growing up much too quickly for my liking, but they are such good kids!!
