    Hi - Its been awhile since we've touched base. Keep going... :o) I went to hypnotheraphy 2 weeks ago and am down 6.5 pounds! All stuff I knew, but this gave me the motivation and will power. We can do it!

    I saw you needed some support so I popped over here to say HELLO! I just read your last blog entry, and I can relate. This time of year is hard for a lot of people - myself included. The cold really does something to me. Makes me want to eat a lot of junk and makes motivation harder when it comes to exercise.

    One thing that has helped me has been to join a weekly challenge on one of my sparkteams. It gives me goals for the week, and I love being able to post and say "I did it!" I also like to watch for certain milestones to encourage myself that winter won't be here forever - like the arrival of gardening supplies in the stores... this always encourages me. And the passing of the equinox, which means the dayllight hours are getting longer.

    I sure hope you are having a good week, and that you are seeing progress toward your goals. 10 pounds already! You deserve a
