I'm working to lose 'what's left', get this excess weight off. I managed to maintain the same weight and pant size the entire time i lived in Phoenix And then....... I MOVED TO SEATTLE, seriously not sure what came over me, but for the first several month i enjoyed all the food and deliciousness this city had to offer. I am a sucker for hearty soups and comfort food, so guess what i turned to when it came to adjusting to a new city where i knew no one and decided to take a few months off from paddling. Yup you guessed it FOOD!!! Thankfully my pants let me know what i was doing to myself and i was able to turn it around, i've lost the pant size i gained. YAHOO!!!

Now i'm working on getting what's left off!!!! so bring on the paddling (oc) and weights, I did join a gym so that help with a bit of the sabotage but it's time to recommit to myself. I spent the first portion of my move back to washington spending time with my family and lcommuting 4 hours round trip daily for work. I still managed to creat time for working out, but was limited. So now it's game time, back to food prep, hardcore workouts and classes! I cannot wait, one thing i do love is to work out. Pushing my body is amazing, so i will step outside of the box and start lifting heavy and back to eating right!

Gonna finish 2013 strong!!!
