New Year - New goals

Exercise every day with a SP video - not excluding other exercise
go to the gym 2 - 3 x a week (look into aqua-aerobics)
track food on nutrition tracker
strive for 10,000 steps a day
reconnect by having lunch at least twice a month with people at work
go for it on the job by producing the content, being proactive and focused. In other words being who I am!
Slow down and rest on weekends - get off the merry go round!

Thanks for commenting on my blog. Yes, there is LOTS of contradictory info out there! I am going with the majority rules type of thing.
Low carbohydrate is not for everyone! People can lose weight on low protein and high carbohydrate, too. Just healthy carbs.
Love the cookbook idea. ... me too!
As long as we keep trying we will get there, I believe it.

Thanks for sharing your boss' oatmeal success in treating his high cholesterol I had finished reading about how oatmeal binds to fat molecules and helps move them out of the blood stream when your notification came through. Meant to be!!!!

Thank you for your comment on my blog about my hairdressing experience. From you picture I can tell that your hair is more wavy/curly than mine. My waves are not as strong as yours unfortunately. I am thankful, in a way, that I am not the only person who has had bad experiences with hairdressers although I wouldn't wish that on anyone. This is the reason I didn't go to a hairdresser for years and year. Ah well! One of life's experiences........again! emoticon
