    That's funny. Last November, I was busy throwing my older sister a bachelorette party. Needless to say, her wedding and the holidays marked the beginning of my diet/nutrition plan tanking. It's been a long time coming, but I got back on the sparkwagon last month. Yesterday, I had a really good day, and I was thinking, gosh I'm ready to get out of the 170's . . . it just doesn't feel like progress to me until I see the 160's. I feel like my weight has yo-yo'd so much over the past few years. I want to get to my 30 lb. halfway mark (168 lbs) so bad. I have about 10 lbs left. I'm going to Jamaica in August and I really want to have a rock'n body in case I get to break out a swimsuit. I've never worn a two-piece, but that's all I keep thinking about . . .

    My plan is walk, walk walk! lol...i have to get those 10,000 steps in. I feel a little guilty because I ate Chinese for lunch (chicken and broccoli with steamed rice) when I looked up similar things on the tracker it was a lot more calories than I thought...how can Chinese be so bad? It was vegetables..haha..oh well, just going to compensate by not eating as much the rest of the day..hope all goes well with the engagement party!
