Still working on this for 2014.

My Program:
- Working up to a 40-45 minute kettlebell Routine (adding one exercise per week every Saturday morning).

- Working up to a 45 minute spin workout/class (adding 1 minute each week)

- Will start practicing boxing/kickboxing early next year

- Eat pizza and drink beer that isn't really beer on Friday nights.
