Haha! You have a great sinister plan! You should try the TRX. It's a really good workout and you can adjust it to your level based on angles and how your feet are placed. I love it! I can get totally wiped out in 20 minutes with a really good workout!
I am hoping for a better year and so far so good. My problem is not letting the past infect my right now. It's really hard but I keep trying.
* Best of fortune to you! I know it's not in south philly per se, but you should do the whole Rocky Balboa thing and run to and up the stairs of the Museum of Art. - You know what? I am actually planning to run from my house to those stairs and up it. I am have not mapped out the route and distance as of yet, but soon as I moved here, I thought it would be a great, healthy challenge.-
Me? I would probably "run past" Pat's/Gino's every day and gain like 3 pounds a week from "running" *sigh* - Ha lol
