    Thanks so much the comment on my blog! I loved everything you said but especially the coach analogy! I really needed to hear that because I have been trying to figure out what went wrong (okay well I regained weight LOL that's the easy part), but more so the WHY it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. I feel like if I can't get that in check, then what is the point of losing the weight again if I'm just going to regain it another time? So I really need to learn how to stop the cycle. :)
