New after 5 Years

For almost 5 years now, I've been on SparkPeople and haven't met my goals. It's been frustrating.

At the same time, I've never really followed the plan as written. Started the diet and lasted about a week. Read the book, but never really taken it to heart.

Starting today, 01-June-2014, I will give this site, its diet and its program the legitimate try that I should have 5 years ago. As it reads, it makes sense.

I don't really know if the plan works on ...

I don't really know if the plan works on its own terms or if those terms are reasonable. I'll find out though :)

If it works, I will be successful. If not I will move on.
