*I'm actually going to try the exact opposite of this (that's part of my evil plan) #evilplan* - being contrary to my current wish to practise 'mindful eating'. As I'm probably the least disciplined person you know, my reason for trying to be mindful with food consumption is that I thought if I tried to inject a spot of organisation into my food habits, it might just help to maintain the weightloss that I've managed to achieve. If I'm barking up the wrong tree I'd like to know before I bore myself to death with unneccessary effort. Thanks 'n stuff.
